September 30, 2022 -- The City of Highland Park is partnering with the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus, the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, and Planning/Aging as part of a program looking for ways to be a community for all ages and help support our residents as they transition towards aging-in-community. As part of this program, we invite your input – regardless of your current age or whether you see aging-in-community as applying to you. In addition, the City and partners are hosting two workshops for open discussion about aging-in-place and ways the City can provide overall support for aging-in-community. Please join us at either of the following dates to share your perspective on this important topic:
- Thursday, October 27; 9:00 - 11:00 AM
- Wednesday, November 30; 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Both meetings will be held at the Highland Park Country Club Ballroom, and light refreshments will be provided.
