April 23, 2024 -- April 21 - 27 is National Crime Victims Rights Week, an annual initiative of the Department of Justice Office of Victims of Crime. The City's Resiliency Division, which provides short-term counseling, case management, and other services to individuals impacted by the Highland Park shooting, is hosting an event on Saturday, April 27 (10 - 11:30 AM, Heller Nature Center) to spotlight community resources.
