RFP - Ravinia Fire Station Re-Development – Construction Management Services

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The City of Highland Park will receive Sealed Bids at the Highland Park Fire Department, 1130 Central Avenue, Highland Park, IL 60035 for the:

Ravinia Fire Station Re-Development – Construction Management Services

until 11:00 a.m., March 20, 2020

and at that time will be publicly opened, read aloud, and placed on file for public inspection.  Late bids will not be considered under any circumstances.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.  Copies of the Request for Proposals Package may also be obtained at no cost from the Fire Department, 1130 Central Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois  60035.

The City of Highland Park will select a firm to provide Construction Management Services associated with the redevelopment of the City’s Fire Station No. 32 located at 692 Burton Avenue, Highland Park, IL.

The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish certificates and policies of insurance as required by the Contract.  All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).  Contractors must provide Certified Monthly Payroll Reports.
