Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Highland Park, Illinois, is seeking proposals from firms interested in, and capable of, providing mobile and automated parking sessions and permit management, an automated parking enforcement module, automated pay stations, and License Plate Reader technology. Proposals must be complete and address all elements of the RFP. Firms may submit proposals as a single consultant, or submit proposals with sub-consultants, provided all information and criteria for sub-consultants is provided and criteria within the RFP is met.
