Passport Parking Launch

December 19, 2022 -- Update on Digital Parking Permits with Passport

Sales for daily commuter parking permits through Passport Parking’s website, mobile app, and kiosks is available now. Please note that no enforcement of daily commuter parking spaces will take place through January 2, 2023, in line with the parking holiday in municipal parking lots. The City’s annual parking holiday suspends parking restrictions at all municipal parking lots, with no time limit enforced at these lots during the core holiday shopping and dining season. With the exception of daily commuter parking, other permit parking restrictions (including employee permits) will still be strictly enforced. Please note that disabled parking, fire hydrant zones, loading zones, and on-street customer-only parking will still be in effect.

The City’s buyback program for unused Daily Commuter Parking Hang-Tag Permits is also available. Learn more about the program at cityhpil.com/parking.
