February 16, 2021 -- North Shore Gas is working to restore gas service to individual homes impacted by last night's gas line incident. NSG employees will need to visit each home to turn on gas service and conduct pressure checks on natural gas appliances to ensure safety. Service restoration will be staged block-by-block to expedite the process:- Phase 1 – 11am – 2pm; 600 block Green Bay Road, including Roger Williams addresses
- Phase 2 – 1pm-4pm; 500 block Green Bay Road
- Phase 3 – 3pm – 6pm; 400/300 block Green Bay Road
All NSG employees will be uniformed, display ID, and follow COVID-19 precautions.
Water service has now been restored. Due to the service disruption, the City advises residents to keep a trickle of water running for 24-48 hours to prevent frozen pipes. Green Bay Rd. will remain closed between Roger Williams and Washington.
