All administrative services are available online at cityhpil.com or via mail. For the safety of our community and staff, services such as real estate transfer tax stamps, final water bills, and vital records will only be available through postal mail or email. The City is no longer accommodating appointment requests for these transactions. Please email the Finance Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 847.432.0800 with any questions.
Applications and payments may be securely submitted via the Payment Drop Box, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the Hazel Street Parking Lot adjacent to City Hall.
