UPDATE July 17, 2020:
In partnership with LRS, the City has rescheduled Clean-up Days for August 2020. The new schedule is as follows:
- If your collection is Monday, your Clean-Up Day is Saturday, August 8
- If your collection is Tuesday, your Clean-Up Day is Saturday, August 15
- If your collection is Thursday, your Clean-Up Day is Saturday, August 22
- If your collection is Friday, your Clean-Up Day is Saturday, August 29

In addition, LRS has resumed regular collection of bulk items and e-waste.
March 24, 2020--In order to protect the health and well being of refuse and recycling workers in light of the ongoing pandemic, spring clean-up has been canceled. The City will explore possibly rescheduling spring clean-up with Lakeshore Recycling Systems for future dates.
Additionally, effective immediately, Lakeshore Recycling Systems will suspend collection of bulk items, white goods & e-waste. There will be no collection of loose material, bulk items (mattresses, furniture, etc.), appliances, electronic waste or other large items at the curb. All refuse and recyclables must be placed into a refuse or recycling container to be collected. As a reminder, please do not place plastic bags into recycling containers.
Refuse, recycling, and yard waste collection will continue as regularly scheduled.
