March 16, 2020 -- The City has been taking proactive steps to protect residents and our community from the spread of illness by encouraging all to pay City-issued invoices by ACH, online, or by mail. Making certain payments online is one way to practice social distancing and reduce public exposure. Water Bills
If registering for the first time, the account and customer number provided on the water bill is required. Customers can also enroll in automatic deductions (ACH) with this form. Once completed, email or mail to City Hall with a voided check.

City Invoices
Invoices include alarm/false alarm permit renewals, retiree health insurance, invoiced parking permits, etc. If registering for the first time, customers will need to provide information listed on the invoice.

Parking Citations
In order to make a payment against a parking citation, you will need the ticket number, the State which the license plate was issued in, and the license plate number to which the ticket was issued.

The City also has a Payment Drop Box, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The box is located in the Hazel St. parking lot adjacent to City Hall. Payments are collected on the next business day.
