September 10, 2019 -- Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) is scheduled to make necessary repairs on the train crossing at Elm Place, between St. Johns Ave. and First St. beginning 9 AM on Wednesday, September 18 through 5 PM on Wednesday, September 25. Traffic will be detoured. UPRR will post street closure signs and detour routes prior to the date of closure.
