City Manager's Compensation
City Manager Employment Agreement - October 12, 2019 through October 11, 2024

City Manager Employment Agreement - November 4, 2014 through November 4, 2019

In accordance with Section 5.B of the City Manager Employment Agreement dated December 9, 2019, the City Council conducted an annual review of City Manager Neukirch’s performance on November 9, 2020 and determined that an adjustment to her base salary is appropriate and that, effective October 11, 2020 the base salary shall be increased to $245,869.39 and $3500 in deferred compensation paid, which amounts shall be reflected in the monthly warrant list approved by the City Council. In addition, a bonus of $10,000 will be paid on the pay date of December 18, 2020.
