to provide fire & life safety plan review and inspection services to the City of Highland Park, Illinois (“City”).
The City’s intent is to maintain a high‐level of customer service by performing fire & life safety inspections
and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes. The City has been contracting these services with
outside vendors and firms since 2015.
The selected proposer will be invited to enter into an agreement for a term that would begin January
2023, and continuing until December 31, 2023, with optional one‐year renewals for the years 2024, 2025,
and 2026. The City Council has the ultimate authority to approve any proposal and to authorize the
execution of an agreement.
