RFP - Automated Parking and Permit Management Solution

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Highland Park, Illinois, is seeking proposals from firms capable of providing automated parking and parking permit management solution, which includes mobile application technology, parking/permit management online portal, pay station kiosks and License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. The City desires a collective suite of services that integrate these functions into a streamlined, efficient automated permit and parking management platform. Firms may submit proposals as a single consultant, or submit proposals with sub-consultants, provided all information and criteria for sub-consultants is provided and criteria within the RFP is met.

Proposers are encouraged to provide their intent to respond by emailing The City of Highland Park at no later than 12/29/2021.

All questions regarding the RFP shall be directed in writing to the City of Highland Park at All questions and responses will be compiled and submitted to all respondents, electronically, who have either submitted questions or provided an intent to respond to the RFP in one general response memorandum and posted on the City’s website by 01/12/2022.
