PARK AVENUE WEST BRIDGE/PAVEMENT JOINT REPAIR
until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 10, 2021
The work consists of all necessary work, labor, services, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies, information, data, and other means and items necessary for the repair of the Park Avenue West Bridge Expansion Joint at the Park Avenue West Bridge; Westbound Expansion Joint
Proposals/Bids will ONLY be received and accepted via email submission – please submit to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals/bids. NO paper bids will be accepted.
The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish certificates and policies of insurance as required by the Contract. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). Contractors must provide Certified Monthly Payroll Reports.
