RFP - Public Safety Police Uniforms

INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Highland Park Police Department will receive Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the Public Safety Police Uniforms. Please note that as of Wednesday, February 10, as indicated in Addendum 1 below, the deadline for receipt of proposals has been extended to 4:00 p.m., Friday, February 26, 2021.   Proposals will not be opened publicly. Digital copies of the RFP will be received via email to jolson@cityhpil.com. Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. No oral, telephone, or facsimile proposals will be considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at no cost from the RFP Coordinator, Jennifer Olson at jolson@cityhpil.com.

This RFP is for retaining services of a qualified firm(s) to provide Public Safety Police Uniforms to the City of Highland Park’s Police Department.

It is the responsibility of the consultant to inspect the entire Request for Proposals and seek clarification of any item which may not be clear to them. Any questions about this project should be directed in writing to Commander Jennifer Olson via email at jolson@cityhpil.com.
