INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
The City of Highland Park will receive proposals for Occupational Health Service Providers at 1707 St. Johns Avenue, Highland Park, Illinois 60035 until 5:00 PM, August 1, 2019.
Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
