WELL-BEING CHECKS Updated December 16, 2009
 

The Highland Park Police Department is offering courtesy well-being checks for elderly and at-risk residents during periods of sustained extreme weather and temperatures.  Police Department Personnel and volunteer CERT members will periodically conduct these checks personally or by phone depending on the weather conditions.  To register for the well-being checklist, please complete the attached form and return it to: Highland Park Police Department, Attn. Detective Jon Lowman, 1677 Old Deerfield Road, Highland Park, Illinois, 60035, or email it to jlowman@cityhpil.com.
