Voting Information
Although the Illinois Legislature has established the county as the primary election authority, the City Clerk continues to serve as the local election official and is responsible for voter registration and municipal election duties pertaining to nomination petitions, ballots and election results.

Early Voting Location and Hours

• Location: North Shore Health Center, 1840 Green Bay Road, Highland Park, IL, (847) 984-5323 
• Dates: For the February 26, 2013 Election, if needed, voters may vote early from Monday, February 11, 2013 through Saturday February 23, 2013. For the April 9, 2013 Election, voters may vote early from Monday, March 25, 2013 through Saturday April 6, 2013.
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• A valid government-issued ID containing the voter’s photograph, name and address is required

Regular Voting Date
On Election Day, all polling places will open at 6:00 a.m. and will close at 7:00 p.m. Information regarding where to vote can be found on your voter identification card. Individual polling locations are determined by the precinct number that is listed on the Certificate of Voter Registration card. Polling places locations can be found online at the website of the Lake County Clerk.
