Note Regarding Commercial Waste and Recycling Agreement
The City of Highland Park has a Commercial Waste and Recycling Agreement with Waste Management to provide waste and recycling services to all commercial units in the City. Details of the agreement include:

• A free 95-gallon recycling toter provided to businesses for once- or twice-per week collection.
• Environmentally-friendly fleet of vehicles.
• Price is guaranteed through the City with no added charges or administrative fees.  Rates are tied to the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
