The City utilizes QuestCDN, an online bidding program, for many projects. Results following the bid opening date are available by selecting the 'Project Results' tab on QuestCDN.
The Highland Park Recyling Center will resume normal operating hours on June 2, 2020. Textile and shoe collection is still suspended until further notice. If your garbage or recycling was not picked up on its scheduled service day, between 7 AM and 4 PM, please call a LRS Service Representative at 773.685.8811 or email: info@lrsrecycles.com to schedule a service.
